স্বাগতম Nolicx-এ! আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তগুলোতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তাবলি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
১. প্ল্যাটফর্মের ব্যবহার
Nolicx একটি মাল্টিভেন্ডর ই-কমার্স মার্কেটপ্লেস, যেখানে ব্যবহারকারী, বিক্রেতা, রিসেলার(খুচরা বিক্রেতা) এবং রাইডারগণ নির্ধারিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।
- আমরা যেকোনো সময় নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন
ব্যবহারকারীকে অবশ্যই সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হবে।
- আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের কার্যক্রমের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী।
- কোনো প্রকার ভুয়া বা প্রতারণামূলক অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
৩. পণ্য ও সেবা
প্রতিটি ভেন্ডর(পাইকারি বিক্রেতা) বা রিসেলার(খুচরা বিক্রেতা) নিজ নিজ পণ্য ও মূল্য নির্ধারণে স্বাধীন, তবে তা অবশ্যই আমাদের নীতিমালার মধ্যে হতে হবে।
- Nolicx শুধুমাত্র একটি মধ্যস্থতাকারী (platform), তাই পণ্যের গুণমান ও ডেলিভারি নিয়ে বিক্রেতাই দায়বদ্ধ।
৪. পেমেন্ট ও কমিশন
ক্রেতা পণ্য কেনার জন্য আমাদের নির্ধারিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে অর্থ পরিশোধ করবেন।
- রিসেলার(খুচরা বিক্রেতা) এবং ভেন্ডরদের(পাইকারি বিক্রেতা) বিক্রয় অনুযায়ী কমিশন প্রদান করা হবে।
- পেমেন্ট পলিসি ও ক্যাশ আউট নিয়মাবলী আমাদের নির্ধারিত নিয়ম অনুসারে হবে।
৫. VIP Package এবং ইনকাম
VIP Package কেনার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী ইনকাম করার নির্দিষ্ট সুযোগ পাবেন।
- ইনকাম সিস্টেমটি কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- কোন অবৈধ বা স্প্যাম কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে ইনকাম করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
৬. রিসেলার ও ভেন্ডর শর্তাবলি
ভেন্ডরদের(পাইকারি বিক্রেতা) অবশ্যই বৈধ পণ্য আপলোড করতে হবে এবং পণ্যের তথ্য যথাযথ হতে হবে।
- রিসেলাররা(খুচরা বিক্রেতা) অন্য ভেন্ডরের পণ্য পুনরায় বিক্রি করতে পারবেন, তবে সেটি অনুমোদিত সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে হতে হবে।
- জালিয়াতি, ফেক অর্ডার, বা কাস্টমার বিভ্রান্তিকর কোনো কার্যক্রম দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
৭. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও অভিযোগ
পণ্যের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড ভেন্ডর কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- যেকোনো অভিযোগ আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের মাধ্যমে জানাতে হবে।
- ভেন্ডরের(পাইকারি বিক্রেতা) দায়িত্ব থাকবে নির্ধারিত সময়ে সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
৮. কনটেন্ট ও কপিরাইট
ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সমস্ত কনটেন্ট (ছবি, লেখা, লোগো ইত্যাদি) Nolicx বা সংশ্লিষ্ট মালিকদের কপিরাইট প্রোটেক্টেড।
- কোনো কনটেন্ট অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, ব্যবহার বা বিকৃতি করা যাবে না।
৯. ব্যবহার নিষেধাজ্ঞা
ব্যবহারকারী নিচের কাজগুলো করতে পারবেন না:
স্প্যামিং বা স্ক্যামিং
- অন্যের একাউন্টে অনুপ্রবেশ
- ভুল তথ্য বা জাল পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত করা
- বর্ণবাদী, অশ্লীল বা ক্ষতিকারক ভাষা ব্যবহার করা
১০. অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত/বাতিল
যদি কেউ শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গ করে, তাহলে Nolicx তার একাউন্ট সাময়িক স্থগিত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
- VIP Package থাকলেও, নীতিমালা ভঙ্গের ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল হতে পারে।
১১. দায়বদ্ধতা সীমা
Nolicx প্ল্যাটফর্ম শুধু ব্যবহারকারীদের সংযোগকারী। পণ্য বা সেবার গুণমান, ডেলিভারি বা রিফান্ড সম্পর্কিত চূড়ান্ত দায় ভেন্ডরের।
- যেকোনো আর্থিক ক্ষতির জন্য Nolicx দায়ী নয়, যদি না সেটি আমাদের প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে হয়।
১২. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা
এই চুক্তি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
- কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে, তা প্রথমে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা হবে, না হলে স্থানীয় আদালতের শরণাপন্ন হওয়া যাবে।

1. Use of the Platform
Nolicx is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace where users, sellers, resellers, and riders can participate according to defined rules.
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information while registering an account.
- You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
- Creating fake or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Products & Services
Each vendor or reseller is independently responsible for setting the price and product details, in compliance with our platform policies.
- Nolicx acts solely as an intermediary, so the vendor is accountable for product quality and delivery.
4. Payments & Commission
Buyers must pay using Nolicx’s authorized payment gateways.
- Vendors and resellers will earn commissions based on their sales.
- All payments and cash-out processes will follow Nolicx’s official policies.
5. VIP Package & Earnings
Users can earn income by purchasing a VIP Package.
- The income model may change based on company policies.
- If income is earned through illegal or spam activities, the account may be suspended or terminated.
6. Reseller & Vendor Guidelines
Vendors must upload genuine products with accurate information.
- Resellers may sell products from other vendors only through the approved system.
- Fraud, fake orders, or misleading customers will be considered punishable offenses.
7. Returns, Refunds & Complaints
Return and refund policies will follow vendor-specific terms.
- Any complaints must be reported through Nolicx Customer Support.
- Vendors are responsible for resolving issues within the specified time.
8. Content & Copyright
All content on the website (images, text, logo, etc.) is copyright protected by Nolicx or the respective owners.
- No content may be copied, used, or modified without prior permission.
9. Prohibited Use
Users are not allowed to:
Engage in spamming or scamming
- Attempt to access another person’s account
- List false information or counterfeit products
- Use racist, obscene, or harmful language
10. Account Suspension/Termination
If a user violates any terms, Nolicx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate their account.
- Even with a VIP Package, accounts may be canceled for violating policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nolicx is only a connecting platform. Final responsibility for product quality, delivery, or refunds lies with the vendor.
- Nolicx is not liable for financial losses unless caused by technical faults on our part.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any disputes will first be resolved through discussion. If unresolved, legal action may be taken in the local court.
